Our cottages are located on the grounds of Holland Hall Hotel, which is situated off Lafford Lane. To find us please take the turn onto Holland Hall Hotel grounds from Lafford Lane. As you drive down the single lane drive you will see to the left Holland Hall Hotel and in front of you is our cottage building. Parking for all properties is at the back right hand-side of the main car park and to the right hand side of our cottage building. Please ensure you park in the correct space for the property you have reserved. 

Below you will find instructions on how to gain entry and how to access each property using our coded locked gates and key safes.

Once you have parked in the allocated parking slots for 1 The Cottage you will easily see to your right the main gate for 1 The Cottage. The Coded Entry is personalised for each guest and will be sent to you on the day of your arrival once housekeeping has been completed and your property is ready for check in.

Step 3: Twist the handle for the gate to open

 

Once you have accessed the main gate, head down the garden path towards The Hut where you will find the keysafe on the first corner post. Above you will find our demonstration video or if you prefer please see below our step by step guide;

 

Step 1: Enter your personalised keycode followed by the KEY symbol

Step 2: The keysafe should now open with the front door key inside

Step 3: If at any time you leave the cottage we kindly ask you to leave the key in the key safe to use upon your return using the same personalised code.

 

Once parked, walk half way along the tall brown fence (passing the entrance for 1 The Cottage) where you will see the gate for number 2 The Cottage (halfway up). The Coded Entry is personalised for each guest and will be sent to you on the day of your arrival, once housekeeping has been completed and your property is ready for check in.

Step 3: Push the handle DOWN, as you would a door, for the gate to open

 

Once you have accessed the main gate head up the stairs where you will find the keysafe to the left of the front door. Above you will find our demonstration video or if you prefer please see below our step by step guide;

 

Step 1: Enter your personalised keycode followed by the KEY symbol

Step 2: The keysafe should now open with the front door key inside

Step 3: If at any time you leave the cottage we kindly ask you to leave the key in the key safe to use upon your return using the same personalised code.

 

Once parked, walk to the end of the tall brown fence where you will see the gate marked H for The Cottage Hideout (directly after 2 The Cottage gate). The Coded Entry is personalised for each guest and will be sent to you on the day of your arrival once housekeeping has been completed and your property is ready for check in.

Step 3: Push the handle DOWN, as you would a door, for the gate to open

 

Once you have accessed the main gate, head down the stairs towards the raised deck area where you will find the key safe situated on the first right post under the covered seating area.

 

Step 1: Enter your personalised keycode followed by the KEY symbol

Step 2: The keysafe should now open with the front door key inside

Step 3: If at any time you leave the cottage we kindly ask you to leave the key in the key safe to use upon your return using the same personalised code.
